SHIPPING
We know you’re excited to receive your order our team works diligently to get it to you as quickly as possible. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Processing time is 1-2 business days shipping time is 2-3 days.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. For any questions or concerns please contact us at info@tamatea.com.
Tama Tea is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information or theft. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change shipping address. If you received damaged product, please contact us at info@tamatea.com with pictures of your damaged tea.
